Our design, engineering and management team are based in Brisbane, Queensland. Our manufacturing is undertaken in China where we work with the world's largest and most capable steel pole manufacturer who are experienced in meeting our high levels of quality and turnaround. This approach ensures we maintain competitive pricing for our clients, whilst delivering poles and conductor of the highest quality. The Australian based team and the China based team work well together with years of experience in providing seamless solutions for our construction clients.

Chief Executive Officer
Dean Garrett is the CEO of Gateway Energy, based in Brisbane, Australia. Prior to establishing Gateway Energy, Dean had extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the gas and electrical utility sector. His experience includes gas compression and liquefaction, hazardous area installations, substation, transmission and distribution line construction. Dean has consulted on larger energy infrastructure projects for government, private and public companies within Australia and the South Pacific.

General Manager
Anthony Swincer is the General Manager of Gateway Energy, overseeing the operations of the Australian based and international operations. Based in Brisbane, Anthony forged a career in engineering working for governments in policy, planning and infrastructure before transferring to the energy sector in 2004 where he combined his strengths in technical standards with his commercial acumen to progress his career. Anthony joined the Gateway Energy team in 2019.
